I was raised in Horicon, Wisconsin, the oldest child of five children born to two teachers. It was during my college years working as a certified nursing assistant at a pediatric clinic that I knew I wanted to be a primary care pediatrician. I then attended medical school at University of Wisconsin in Madison. I completed my pediatric residency at University of Michigan, where I have remained for the last 6 years.
I have been board certified in Pediatrics since completing residency in 2012 and am a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. I look forward to joining with your family to provide evidence-based care for your children. Like my parents, I enjoy all the opportunities I have for sharing of information and education during a visit with my patients and their families.
My family and I are very excited to move back home to Wisconsin! I feel so fortunate to be joining Lake Country Pediatrics, S.C. with core values like Compassionate Care and Communication, which are my top priorities for every encounter I have with every patient.
My husband and I have three children. As a family we enjoy running, boating, playing board games, and many other activities. For the last decade we have been cheering for the Badgers, Brewers, and Packers from Michigan and it feels good to be back as Wisconsinites!
Our core values include the following:
Integrity • Compassionate Care • Communication • Commitment • Teamwork • Respect
These values are held by every member of our staff. Lake Country is our home, and deserves nothing less than the best medical care available. We will do everything in our power to deliver pediatric care in a professional, compassionate manner as your child's primary care doctor.
