UREGNT RECALL- Children's QNASL ,40 mcg, nasal spray

URGENT DRUG RECALL

 

Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. is voluntarily recalling the above lot of Children's Qnasl 40 mcg (beclomethasone dipropionate) Nasal Aerosol Physicain Samples distributed under Teva Respiratory, LLC label.  This  sub- recall is being carried out to the Licensed Health Care Practitioner LEVEL due to an out of specifications test result for spray content uniformity obtained during stability testing.  The use of or exposure to the product is not expected to cause significant adverse health consequences.

 

If you were given this product you can return it to our office.
